Broadway Loft

Hollywood, CA - A 1,500 square foot loft transformation in a 1928 neoclassical building. This project included complete kitchen and bathroom remodels, custom bedroom enclosure, walk-in closet design, and full furnishing with custom pieces and drapery.

The goal was to create a warm, serene home for a single father and his daughter, blending the building's historic character with contemporary comfort and personal story.
