Broadway Loft

Hollywood, CA - A 1,500 square foot loft transformation in a 1928 neoclassical building.

The scope included a full kitchen and bathroom remodel, a custom bedroom enclosure, a new walk-in closet, and complete furnishing with custom pieces and tailored drapery.

The aim was to create a home that felt calm and functional for a single father and his daughter — preserving the building’s historic character while making the layout and daily routines work more smoothly.
