Broadway Loft Expansion
Hollywood, CA - When the client acquired the adjacent 2,000 square foot unit, we returned to merge both spaces into a cohesive 3,500 square foot home. This phase included a complete kitchen remodel, second bedroom enclosure, additional walk-in closet, and comprehensive furnishing that honored the original design while expanding the story.
The project demonstrates the evolution of a home as life changes, maintaining architectural integrity while creating space for growth.
