Norman Manor

Arcadia, CA - A 7,500 square foot modern Italianate home that felt overwhelming to its new owners.

The house was generous in scale, but it lacked direction. The rooms felt disconnected and underused.

We worked with the family to clarify how each space should function — where to gather, where to retreat, how to move through the house comfortably. Furnishings were chosen to soften the scale and bring the rooms into proportion.

The aim was to make a large house feel lived-in rather than formal.

Phase one is complete, with additional rooms planned as the family continues to grow into the space.

"My husband and I have zero sense of space and design and have consistently feared the idea of committing to refurnishing our home as we saw it as an incredibly daunting task. Working with Laetitia was an absolute joy. She not only made our home beautiful, but walked me through the entire process with calmness and expertise. She has turned my entire perspective from a daunting task to now being an incredibly fun and exciting journey."

Scope: Whole-home furnishing (phased approach)
